JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee customer account management, build and maintain optimal relationship with the customer and the internal team
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts
Organize client meetings to discuss their requirements
Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined geography or market
Encourage repeat sales through Best Practices and introduce new products to increase revenue
Ensure budget and time requirements are met
Monitor & report on sales performance analytics
Resolve sales or delivery issues
Job Requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience within the Retail / Fashion Industry is preferred
E-com experience an asset
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Ability to plan and execute a critical path
Strong presentation skills, Excellent Analytical skills
Good computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to travel to the US when required
EDUCATION: Minimum High school Diploma & related sales experience
