We are a community oriented independent pharmacy located in Aylesford in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We operate under the Pharmachoice banner. We are currently looking for a Front Store Manager to lead our retail team.
The Front Store Manager will be responsible for all front store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, ordering, merchandising, promotions, human resource management, hiring and training, and maintenance of facilities. Dispensary operations are not included in the scope of responsibility. The manager will effectively delegate responsibility for certain functions as appropriate. The manager will also spend a portion of their time in customer service and engaging with customers to ensure that we are meeting their expectations.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere with minimal direct supervision;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends;
- Excellent mathematical skills with basic aptitude in IT;
- Job related retail training;
- 5 -10 years prior retail experience;
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets
- Previous experience in a pharmacy is preferred;
- Excellent ability to communicate;
