Real estate office (affiliated with Royal Lepage) looking for a fully bilingual Administrative Assistant. Strong experience with MS Excel formulas a key asset. This position includes regular client communications in French, accordingly, written & spoken French is a pre-requisite to being eligible for this opportunity.

*Please note that we are not seeking a person who wants to work as a real estate broker but rather a person looking for employment as an office coordinator.

  • Experience with social media management/marketing, as an office coordinator or as an executive assistant;


  • Responsible for all daily activities of the real estate broker and office staff (e.g.: assist with daily management of real estate files; scheduling of meetings; general administrative tasks including bookkeeping and filing);
  • Follow-up and report on matters concerning active real estate files;
  • Taking and returning calls in both languages;
  • Monitoring staff timesheets (tardiness/absences);
  • Preparing written response templates to routine enquiries in both languages;
  • Prepare and proof read documents including correspondence, excel sheets, reports, drafts, memos, emails and other communications between broker and clients;
  • Taking the initiative to develop, implement and oversee office projects related to the optimization and automation of repetitive tasks in order to increase office productivity;

Professional Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a field providing relevant experience in administrative assistance or project management;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an office coordinator or executive assistant;
  • Experienced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.) and specifically, Excel formulas;
  • Comfortable learning & using online project management tools;

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Salary: $33,000 to $37,000 annually depending on experience;
