Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take the lead on all digital marketing activities that support the business strategy. You will be responsible for directly handling our core digital campaigns, and establishing the processes and reporting required to continuously improve and drive growth.

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing SEO campaigns, digital marketing campaigns, and all print & web graphics. You will play a pivotal role in measuring results, making recommendations, and implementing changes and enhancements to the digital programs in place.

Responsibilities:
Strategize, create and execute SEO campaigns from end to end working with stakeholders across the business
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns - including PPC, social and display campaigns
Build successful marketing campaigns from scratch, including creative, relevant audience targeting and appropriate keyword analysis
Work closely with search engine partners such as Google to ensure that best practice is implemented across all activity and the team is included in all relevant new products/features
Oversee day-to-day channel management - including keyword research, budget management, ad-copy testing and optimisations
Produce metric driven reporting - must be comfortable with campaign and channel reporting, including Google Analytics experience
Experience with Photoshop and InDesign and highly proficient in creating digital ads and marketing assets, both digital and printed
Experience creating full-page graphics for magazines, newspapers, and other print media
Experience with photography and photo-editing
Proven ability to track and manage KPIs and ROIs effectively
Develop link building strategies
Suggest content creation for long-tail keywords
Play an active role in developing our in-house capabilities, building out our digital marketing function as we scale
Oversee all the company's social media accounts
Other duties as assigned including original photography and photo editing

Job Requirements

You are an SEO expert, having worked in a similar role previously in either an agency or in-house
3 to 4 years of digital marketing experience at a best in class brand
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
You have the skills and experience to create campaign strategy and will have examples of when you have delivered tangible results in the past
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels (conversion rate optimization)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Hyper-organised, experienced in high paced environments, with confidence and ability to independently prioritise, plan and coordinate people/processes to ensure seamless execution
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and zero-defect
Know what it takes to champion digital excellence across a dynamic business and are always tinkering, testing and optimising to maximise the impact of all our activity
Highly analytical with a focus on making data-driven decisions to drive growth strategy
Able to collaborate with multiple teams across the business, adding value to our team dynamic
