Job Duties:

· Leading an amazing team of customer service and designer representatives through prioritize high volume communication, tasks, and objectives within the dealer services department and coordinating them through the appropriate channels

· Communicate and coordinate with the Team and Territory Representatives in troubleshooting customer related issues

· Communications around new product development, marketing and branding, dealer training and support to customers, team members and stakeholders alike

· Coordinating New Product Development

· Implement and coordinate marketing plan and strategy

· Demonstrate and practice continuous improvement mindset and develop direct reports to do the same

· Establish. maintain and update KPI and other performance metrics

· Resolve customer and dealer escalations using various conflict resolution methodologies

· Engage customer and dealer issues promoting the sense of urgency and coordinate with operations or other departments to find sound solutions

· Liaise with multiple departments with day to day activities within department while fostering an environment of teamwork

· Evaluate processes, streamline, and create SOP/Process flowcharts

· Ongoing dialog with the Business Development Manager regarding complex problems whereby normal protocols don’t apply

· Promote Merit Kitchens core values in the decision-making process

· Track orders through Visual when required


· The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in the kitchen cabinet sales industry, 2+ years’ experience marketing, design experience with 20/20 software considered an asset

· Leadership and performance and account management for customer service and customer centered goals, time management, conflict management and delegation

· A team player that can work well around people and honour our customer first vision with good presentation and communication skills

· Microsoft Office including word, excel, outlook, and teams

· Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and compete tasks in a timely manner

· Well organized problem solver with sharp attention to detail skills

· Positive can-do attitude with integrity and ethical work standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $12,122.00 to $55,000.00 /year
