Keep kitchen, fridges, storage areas & surroundings clean, spotless, sterile at all times.
Do inventory, take stock, make order, take delivery. Rotate product. Minimize waste.
Heavy lifting. Receiving . Stairs. Walk in fridge.
Train kitchen staff and servers. Create new menu items. Some guests stay for a week. Others a few days...
Banquet room - Some weddings up to 70 - 90 guests. Some conferences, retreats, reunions. Smaller numbers 35 guests - to 60 - 70
