Design, document, build, train and present implementation solutions for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Manage end to end delivery of projects with hands on involvement in the development and configuration of projects. Enforces standards, procedures, and methodologies for the software development life cycle.
Analyze emerging technologies, influences technology decisions and direction of project solutions.
Collaborate with product team members to fully understand business requirements and create clear architectural deliverables to achieve the client requirements.
Monitors progress and status of tasks and deliverables on projects and escalate issues and risks timely. Leads the delivery, implementation, and improvement of all applicable channel processes, methodologies, and service level agreements (SLAs).Provide on-going support to business and content teams on strategic technology platform, quality assurance and issue resolution.
Interact with stakeholders and has the executive presence to influence direction, sell ideas, roadmaps, and approaches.
Directly manages and mentors development team members. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Demonstrates subject matter expertise within Marketing Cloud product set including: email studio, journey builder, mobile push, SMS, automation studio, cloud pages, ads studio and social studio.
Four year college degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
Experience in a customer-facing role. Consulting experience is preferred.
Experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred.
8+ year experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and developing SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
8+ years’ experience with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques is preferred.
Canadian travel required and occasional international travel up to 75%. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
