Project Assistant, Office to Advance Women Apprentices – New Brunswick
The Office to Advance Women Apprentices (OAWA) New Brunswick (a project under the direction of ACRC) will work with tradeswomen in New Brunswick to assist them to advance through their apprenticeship in the skilled construction trades.
OAWA - New Brunswick has an opening for a Project Assistant position at its office on 300 Grandview Avenue, Saint John, NB. This position falls under an 18 month federally funded initiative.
The individual in this position will work under the direction of the Project Coordinator to assist in providing support to women apprentices in the skilled construction trades.
The position will entail administrative support to the Project Coordinator, client services, apprentice tracking and reporting, data entry, event planning, promotional activities and employment support services.
This is an 18-month full-time contract position.
