The Opportunity:
Do you have a passion for working with customers to learn and share their unique success stories? Enjoy understanding why clients love your product? We’re currently seeking a Customer Evangelist Manager who is a natural storyteller. Someone that can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to gather, transform and share client success stories to in the market.. This role will be an important piece of our brand awareness campaigns, and will work to grow Introhive’s client testimonials, customer references, case studies, and advocates for the Introhive product suite.

This position will work out our Fredericton,Saint John or Halifax office, but if you're located elsewhere in the Maritimes and are interested in working remotely, let's chat.

With a background in Business, Marketing or Communications, we are seeking someone who can enhance and diversify our client reference program. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collect and analyze our client feedback from various geographical locations, business sectors and verticals. This individual will have experience working in a client facing role and will be comfortable working with senior management roles.

Through customer interviews, hosting focus groups, fostering online discussions with customer advocates and implementing feedback resources for our product offerings, the Customer Evangelist Manager will build a portfolio around positive customer experience that we can showcase to prospective clients.

You will be responsible for developing a reference nomination process, partnering with marketing to share customer feedback via various channels and providing creative ideas on how best to capture client success stories.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, the chosen applicant must be an ambitious self-starter with a knack for creative solutions. Experience with program or project management would be ideal as we require an organized individual with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:
5 years experience in an applicable role or as a customer success manager or product evangelist
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
Collaborative team player as you will work alongside Customer Success, Marketing and Sales.
Familiarity working with clients of all sizes and across a wide range of industries. Experience in Professional services as plus.
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task a number of different projects at a time
Experience with project management process and tools, like Trello or Jira, a plus
Experience with SaaS platforms considered an asset
Experience with CRM platforms considered an asset, specifically Salesforce CRM
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
Experience moderating customer panels or speaker sessions a plus, comfortable speaking in front of crowds
Experience with email marketing or HubSpot Marketing Automation a plus
Experience coordinating speakers and panelists for conferences and events
Ability to travel on occasion to support customers at conferences or to conduct in person interviews.
