Wacor Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced full-time Superintendent with 5 to 10+ years of experience in managing small to large projects. This position will have an immediate start date.


  • Ability to effectively manage and monitor work activities of a crew of up to 20 to 25 employees
  • Maintain on-going communication with clients, engineers, the project management team, suppliers and trades
  • Ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, costs and schedules
  • Provide technical direction to work crews as needed
  • Ensure the project materials and workmanship meet the project quality standards
  • Adhere to OH&S policies, procedures and practices
  • Advise senior management of potential challenges, work interferences, or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by senior management as required for successful project completion
  • Promote and monitor compliance with project safety programs and environmental protection requirements in co-operation with the Health & Safety and Environmental Coordinators


  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • MS Project experience considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 - 10 years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a superintendent level position
