This position is the primary lead for Replenishment providing the support for a Region on the Replenishment Store Support team. The primary focus is to provide support for the Stores with Replenishment challenges, Build Store Support development plans, Communicate & share Regional merchandise Flow strategies, transitions, disruptions and Replenishment insights from the Stores to the Core Replenishment Teams.This role contributes to Walmart’s success by providing planning, project management and replenishment ownership in supporting new store, renovation, relocation, and prototype projects. This role is also responsible for the leadership, response and recovery efforts for a disruptive incident (store/DC), on behalf of replenishment.This position functions as the key interface between Replenishment, Operations, Format Development and category management requiring the ability to build strong cross functional relationships and provide direction

Position Responsibilities

1. Facilitates and leads on behalf of replenishment the project management of new stores, capital renovations, and capital initiative plans. Accountable to lead replenishment KPI’s for new store, renovation, relocation, prototype and strategic projects. Ensure KPI’s for these projects meet and/or exceed replenishment corporate KPI’s and governs the Hyper care process.2. Facilitates and leads on behalf of replenishment response and recovery efforts for a disruptive incident in a store / community3. Designs and Implements strategies to support market and regional initiatives to improve availability, increase sales which provides a better shopping experience for our customers4. Identifies Region specific replenishment risks, builds mitigation plans and executes accordingly with a sense of urgency. 5. Builds and manages relationships between all project stakeholders, Market Leaders, Store Managers, Replenishment, and Format Development & addresses concerns, provides insights and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues. 6. Plan, execute and support change management & training with Market Leaders and Store Managers. Change leader.7. Ability to manage complex and conflicting feedback from cross functional partners for project stores and regional/market initiatives8. Strong technical, written and verbal analysis and support in conjunction with leading initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degreeMinimum Years of Experience Required 3-5 years Not required however would be an asset: Bachelor degree required, ideally possesses master level education (i.e. MBA), Supply Chain Management, SCMP, PLOG, APICS, WERC, PMAC designations are an asset.

Licensing & Other Qualifications

Strong Supply Chain & Replenishment knowledge with Core Replenishment experience. In depth Knowledge of Walmart replenishment processes and systems requiredBuild Relationships: Builds trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances with others, Promotes a team-based work environment that respects, embraces, and values diversity in others.Strong Project management& influence skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levelsAbility to manage multiple, complex projects Experience defining and documenting processes Ability to travel to various locations. Travel component up to 30%.
