Contact Centre agents act as the first point of contact for guests and potential guests of the resort by servicing inbound phonecalls and selling on-resort experiences, including lodging packages, season passes, lessons, camps and other activities. We service Fully Independent Travelers, conference guests and the general public. We are the “voice” of Blue Mountain Resort and provide detailed information regarding all aspects of our destination and its offerings.


Hourly rate of $15.50

Sell and/or reserve lodging for leisure, group and conference guests
Sell and/or reserve bookable activities such as Golf, Snow School and Kids @ Blue offerings to independent travelers and locals
Sell season passes and gift cards
Consistently use the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
Provide accurate & detailed information and inform callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences
Stay up-to-date with new and changing information through various resources provided
Participate in staff events to increase knowledge of resort offerings


Thrives in a sales environment; some previous sales experience an asset
Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience an asset
Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multi-tasking
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language
