Christman Plumbing & Heating Ltd. has an immediate opening for a part time administrative position to assist with various tasks with our busy growing Mechanical Company.

This position will be 2 to 3 days a week and will help out when the main administrator is away throughout the year.
- Answering a multi line phone
- opening mail
- entering invoices and other data entry
- updating excel spread sheets
- progress billing for Project Managers
- payroll (as needed)
- and other misc. duties as required.
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of Sage 50 is required
- Microsoft Office experience
This position would be great for anyone wanting to gain experience in the Construction industry or as an office administrator/bookkeeper. We can offer flexible hours if needed.
Christman Plumbing & Heating is a fast paced high volume Construction company that requires an applicant that will be able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
