Senior HR Generalist

To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to be the driving force behind our people, helping our team develop their skills, challenge themselves and progress in their career as they contribute to the company’s success. You’ll be wearing many hats and along with managing employee relations and programs, you will also be recruiting top talent, attracting and onboarding new hires to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to the various client groups within the organization regarding HR legislation and standards as well as the corporate polices.

Coordinate and lead full cycle recruitment process, including drafting of job postings, identifying recruitment strategies, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers through ATS.

Conduct exit and stay interviews and provide feedback

Help create and develop HR policies and procedures

Conduct onboarding session with new hires

Support managers in employee discipline resolution

Acts as performance management driver

Coach and advise employees on problem resolution

Responsible for HR administrative duties, including employee correspondence, generating monthly/quarterly report, HR analytics.

What you will bring:

University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources

You can effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with application management technologies (LinkedIn, ATS, etc)

Experience in full recruiting cycle

Customer focused with a proven record of relationship building and developing workforce plans based on business goals;

Comfort and ability to thrive in a high-change, fasted paced environment;

Fluency in French & English (spoken & written);
