Flourish is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Marketing Team as an eCommerce Strategist. Reporting to the CEO and Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all eCommerce data analysis with both a logical and creative mindset. We are looking for someone who can understand data, customer journies and trends, and then translate that information into a viable go-forward plan for our eCommerce division. This is a marketing role, with a data-driven approach. There will be execution of certain recomendations as well.

We're looking for someone to shake things up with a fresh approach and big ideas who can create strategy from scratch, and execute on what they believe in. The perfect candidate will be motivated and disciplined, and would be someone who thrives in a framework that allows them to self-manage, try new things and take responsiblity for the outcome (wins and losses are celebrated!).

**What you’ll be doing: **
- Providing new insights to senior management and reccomending actionable strategies
- Fixing issues with attribution and customer journey mapping
- Delegating strategies to proper business units
- Email Marketing automations and campaigns
- Identifying new audiences and segments to market to for both our prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Reporting on and analyzing campaign, audience and ad data to discover areas for improvement and optimization
- Transfering learnings from existing Paid channels to potential new channel tests like Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter & TikTok
- Reporting to the CEO and Finance Manager on the hits, misses, and insights you discover in your work, sharing key takeaways with the larger team

**Experience you’ll need: **
- Experience working across digital marketing channels
- Experience with paid acquisition and ad platforms, e.g. Facebook Ads, Google, etc.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP
- High affinity for data and proficiency with Excel (bonus points for experience with Cross-Channel/Attribution Tracking)
- Strong understanding of growth frameworks and funnels
- Experience collaborating on projects cross-functionally, specifically with a design team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write insight-driven briefs for creative teams

**What would set you apart: **
- Knowledge of copywriting best practices
- Up to date on CRO best practices, frameworks, and testing
- Understanding of key trends and tactics within Facebook ads and other ad platforms

Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
