We are looking for a senior professional to lead our Modern Workplace adoption practice. Our ideal candidate is passionate about digital workplaces, technology adoption, and change management. You are tech-savvy, know Microsoft 365 very well, and excel in creating and sustaining client relationships. You will be working in a start-up environment so you must be comfortable working independently and without formal structure.

The Job Role:

  • Lead the delivery of initiatives that help organizations transform the way they communicate and collaborate leveraging Microsoft 365 tools
  • Facilitate planning sessions that help clients discover their challenges and propose solutions
  • Deliver trainings via various mediums including webinars, tutorials, and group trainingsAssist in creating communication materials that support adoption including newsletters, digital signs, video scripts, announcements, articles, desk drops, how-to guides, etc.
  • Build strategic relationships with Microsoft employees and other partners
  • Assist in sales around Microsoft 365 adoption projects
  • Assist in building internal Microsoft 365 adoption practice (delivery strategies, templates, content, partnerships, etc.)


  • 6+ years of experience in a client facing role, helping organizations adopt and embrace a digital workplace
  • Expertise in Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training
  • Excellent skills in relationship building and a customer-centric attitude
  • Interested in technology and up to date on trends and news
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Thrive in a small and high performing atmosphere

Required Professional Designation/Certification:

  • Bachelor of Commerce or similar post-secondary degree with a business or communications emphasis
  • Certification with SharePoint or MS Office products is a bonus
