Beau’s is seeking an seasoned Sales Manager to execute the sales strategy across Ontario.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take on challenging responsibilities, lead by example, share their sales knowledge, and learn about the craft beer industry, all while working in an environment that is fast-paced, dynamic and fun.

The licensee channel is where Beau’s builds brands and drives trial. The Licensee Sales Manager is responsible for delivering overall revenue and distribution targets by segment that meet or exceed goals set by the Director of Sales.

The Licensee Sales Manager is responsible to execute the sales strategy across the province and ensures adherence by the sales representatives of the Beau’s approach to selling and optimizing Beau’s presence in each of the segments. The Licensee Sales Manager holds each rep accountable to meeting quarterly objectives, budgets, sales performance and best in class activation execution.

The Licensee Sales Manager is a key leadership role within Beau’s and requires patience, persistence and consistency in order to be successful.

Responsibilities:
Coach and direct field team members to ensure individual objectives and operational standards are met

Establish actions plans to achieve revenue and distribution targets as outlined by Director of Sales

Design and implement strategic sales plans that optimize our presence and promote growth

Use historical data, trends and market conditions to deliver accurate rolling 12 month forecast by sku

Foster and maintain relationships with key strategic partners from independent and chain establishments across the province

Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Trade Marketing to plan and execute programming or brand building activations in the licensee channel

Manage promotional and expense budgets for individual team members

Recruit, train & develop a high performance Sales Team

Deliver monthly reports to Senior Leadership that outline distribution gains, key performance analytics and challenges

Monitor customer feedback channels and assist Sales Representatives with strategies to improve customer service

Monitor use of CRM by Sales Representatives to ensure effective and accurate management of clients, prospect and sales

Develop and implement initiatives to increase overall process efficiency and effectiveness

Foster a “winning” culture by holding all team members accountable for responsibilities and alignment with Beau’s values

Requirements:
Previous success in a sales management role with direct reports

Progressive sales experience with a minimum 4 years’ experience in licensee channel

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

A passion for and strong knowledge of the craft beer industry
