As the Lead, Service Coordination, you will manage all facets of the Client Services area and work order system for facilities and properties on behalf of the Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) of the Calgary Police Service. Specific duties include:
Manage work order flow including liaising with clients, and scheduling and coordinating multiple trades and external vendors.
Review complex requests, develop Service Level Agreements, liaise with other work units and stakeholders to resolve issues, and solicit client feedback.
Provide leadership including recruitment, performance management, employee coaching and training.
Develop operating budget, participate in planning, oversee and manage resources.
Coordinate and participate in meetings with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Assist Team with Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Continuity documents and processes.
High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED), and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working within a facilities capacity are required. Experience should include client services, estimating and scheduling jobs, and coordinating work orders, contracts and purchase orders.
Supervisory experience would be an asset.
Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Experience with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is preferred.
Training towards a Certified Facility Manager (IFMA, BOMA, CORENET) is an asset.
Excellent communication, team building, coaching, and conflict resolution skills enhance your role as a leader with vision. Strong analytical thinking and ability to utilize resources to achieve planned goals.
An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.

Compensation: Level D $70,196 - 104,501 per annum
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
