Candidates must have Asian cooking experience which includes cooking with wok and knowledge of Asian prep of vegetables.Cooks duties will include prep for lunch and dinner rushes, Keeping work areas clean, keeping track of supplies that are getting low for reorder, Communicating with management on daily sales. Following basic guidelines for food cost and prep time of dishes. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with other team members.
