5+ years of experience with software development
3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
One or more Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Additional certifications including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus
Experience developing custom applications using Lightning Components, Salesforce Apex and Visualforce
Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic and interfaces
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security including programmatic sharing
Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions that are maintainable and reusable
Experience following Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices
Experience, leading, coaching, guiding and assist team members to become a high performing team
Experience working with and collecting requirements/feedback directly from stakeholders and integrating that into code
Experience supporting business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals is a bonus
