We are looking for an experienced office clerk with construction experience to join our team.
Position Objective:
To assist the Accounting administrator and the Project manager.
Job Description:
Perform daily accounting functions:
- Accounts payable processing via TimberScan
- Scan and organize packing slips
- Code and post Credit card slips into Sage 300
- Daily review of timecards through Heavy Job
- Prepare payroll reports to submit to Payroll department
- Assist the Accounting administrator with general duties
Project Coordinator tasks:
- Create new project binders
- Prepare progress billings with PM
- Enter purchase orders, change orders in Sage
- General tasks as requested by PM
Core skills required:
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Able to exhibit good judgement and manage confidential tasks.
- Possess a can do attitude!
Computer skills required:
- Good working knowledge of Sage 300 / Timberline
- Proficient with Excel, Teams and Word.
Experience Required:
- Previous Accounts payable experience
- Civil experience preferred, but construction experience required.
