The Technical Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager, will manage and support internal and customer project teams to ensure efficiency and success. This position will provide technical direction and resource coordination between internal groups on all operational projects and deliverables

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support multiple project teams in comprehensive analysis for technical execution planning
  • Coordinate requirements between customers as well as internal technical and project teams
  • Assist development of user requirements in partnership with business stakeholders and business analysts.
  • Execution planning and direction
  • Lead the analysis and design troubleshooting of application implementations
  • Advancing technical discussion and provide creative solution and design recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and develop solutions to unique customer issues


Works with all operations and business teams, as well as customers, to ensure quality and successful execution of project requirements and deliverables.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to communicate effectively with all parties, manage time and react rapidly to changes, as well as offer knowledgeable guidance for all project technical execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 10+ Years of IT Systems experience, particularly web application related
  • 5+ Years in a supervisory, leadership or coordinator role
  • Strong experience with cloud network and software technologies
  • Rich experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, SQL Server, AD and Azure
  • Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, NodeJS, Angular, REST/SOAP, HTTP, TLS, Load-balancing, CDN, Azure
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently, and with teams at all staff levels
  • Ability to manage time and coordinate multiple projects and requirements
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to dynamic situations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think innovatively
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills
  • Is self-aware, optimistic and open to change
  • Development experience with SQL and web-applications is an asset
  • Must be able to pass a security background check
  • Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends with minimal notice
