Transcription, production, preparation of documents and procedures
Preparation of correspondence
Keep an agenda
Reception, filtering and routing of telephone communications
Replacement of the front desk receptionist as needed
All other related tasks.
Work schedule: 8:30am to noon and 1pm to 4:30pm
Grade 11 or Secondary V or AVS (attestation of vocational specialization) in secretariat, plus two years of experience in legal secretarial work.

Description of skills:
Punctuality, interpersonal skills, ease of adaptation, management of priorities and stress, ability to work within a team, knowledge of Microsoft office, court docket and Aliform would be an asset.
Requested spoken and written languages:
Very good command of French
Good knowledge of English.
Salary offered: $34,664 to $45,527 per year, according to experience.
Relevant work experience in secretariat, other than legal, is considered when assigning a permanent position.
