We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer service professional to join our team. The position requires the ability to multi-task several different roles such as: taking client orders over the phone, invoicing, filing, answering phone and email inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day tasks. The position requires someone who is perfectly bilingual, with strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

§ Answer phones and communicate directly with clients

§ Process and invoice client orders over the phone and via email

§ General administrative work

Qualifications

§ 2 years + in a similar role (with emphasis on customer service)

§ Strong knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

§ Excellent organizational skills and efficient multitasker

§ Autonomous (able to take charge of tasks)

§ Bilingual (French + English)
