You will be responsible for front-line customer service including greeting customers on the phone or in the dealership, explanation and recommendations of repairs, advising customers of proper care for their vehicles, scheduling appointments, selling labour and providing an exceptional experience for all customers.
Successful candidates should be self-motivated, have great attention to detail, have a proven track record of labour sales and customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, product knowledge, the ability to sell required maintenance, computer literacy (CDK) and the ability to work as a part of a team.
