Successful candidates will have a minimum of the following skill set:

Architectural Degree, Architectural Technologist Diploma or Architectural Technician’s Diploma from a Canadian post-secondary institution.

Minimum five (5) years experience in a project management role or project administrative role in an architectural firm.

Experience in administration of contracts throughout construction, and reviewing architectural working drawings for Institutional, Commercial and Residential buildings.

Strong knowledge of construction methodology, building assemblies, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements.

Ability to interpret and coordinate work of consultant disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.

Strong knowledge of the Ontario / National Building Code.

Familiar with NMS specifications format.

Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

Ability to work efficiently and with accuracy as part of both a collaborative team and individually.

Familiarity with AutoCAD software.

Membership in the OAA, OAAAS, AATO, OACETT, LEED accreditation would be considered assets.
