To be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, project control, procurement, communication, and overall cost controls on a day-to-day basis.
To provide superior customer service and value to ensure quality of workmanship.
To manage timelines on any given project.
To obtain Purchase Orders for materials and trades.
To communicate with customers at a 3-day minimum based on the business calendar to provide status updates of their project.
To follow protocols as set by insurance companies, property management companies, national accounts, and Winmar.
To ensure Trades, Suppliers, and Vendors follow the terms of conditions set up by their agreement with Winmar.
To coordinate with Estimators for Scope of work projects and Private work.
To communicate with Trades or Crew on status of projects.
To document Health & Safety issues and to follow Health & Safety protocols at all times.
To arrange for material pickup and ordering as needed.
To assist in content maintenance and itemization which may include assistance with collection of supporting documentation.
To monitor customer satisfaction through to the completion of all jobs.
Attend Communication, Accountability, Planning, and Execution (CAPE) meeting with Communications Administrator weekly and troubleshoot any issues.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR THIS JOB
15 Years’ Experience as a Project Manager
Construction background a must.
Postsecondary education a must.
Market value knowledge an asset.
Residential design knowledge or certificate an asset.
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
