Lash Vision Media is a growing marketing agency, offering mobile advertising, experiential marketing, product sampling, sponsorship planning, and social media activation services to our clients.

Some of our clients include:

HP, Mercedes-Benz, L’Oreal, Air Canada, Nescafe, Smirnoff, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, ALDO, Hasbro, NARS, Kraft, Too Faced Cosmetics, Panasonic, and 3M.

We also partner with reputable events, such as Toronto Fashion Week, the iHeartRadio MMVAs, TIFF, Formula 1, Lole White Tour, etc.

We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious individual with a go-getter mentality to join our team!

As the Experiential Marketing Account Manager you work with our clients and will be primarily responsible for the design, management and execution of activations.

This position will require creating and activating fully integrated marketing campaigns that bring our client's brands to life in a mixture of different ways ( event marketing, PR stunts, viral campaigns and digital executions).

The Account Manager will:

  • Work closely with other key account team members to create the most interesting activations
  • Work with the team and take direction. As well as take appropriate actions when metrics are not met
  • Work within team and Sr. Directors to identify and implement best practices
  • Continually look for opportunities to grow revenue and gross margin with existing clients
  • Writing and preparing proposals, timelines and budget
  • Serve as the primary contact for your clients
  • Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 3-4 years experience in marketing/ advertising agency
  • Writing and preparing proposals, timelines and budgets
  • Proven success client relationship development, management, retention and growth
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks
  • Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Professional attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Strong client communication skills

Compensation: 40,000 + uncapped commission

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $40,000.00 /year
