Account Representatives (Inside Sales)

Eden Textile is a Canadian company that provides innovative and quality textile products to various industries looking for great value, trendsetting designs and commercial quality. We have been supplying and manufacturing for hotels, healthcare providers, and other hospitality companies for over 70 years. We are in the process of taking our business online by launching a new website and portal. As we grow and expand our company with new product lines, websites and online shopping experiences, we are looking for Account Representatives to support all of our Sales and Customer Service channels.

The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and selling to our hospitality clients in assigned territories across Canada in an office based position. From day one, these territories will include both an active account base and a group of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project quoting and expertise
  • Account management and order completion
  • Maintaining client accounts and relationships
  • Contribute to and coordinate with various departments within the Eden Textile team
  • Supporting our customers via phone, email and online chat support


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be proficient in word and excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork
  • The successful candidate should be motivated and well organized
  • Experience in the textile, hospitality, and/or custom drapery industries would be an asset but is not mandatory
