Business Development Manager Residential Construction
Alair Homes is Canada's premier custom home and renovation company with over 70 offices throughout Canada. Alair Homes developed a business model from the ground up to eliminate the risks and barriers to growth while providing the systems and support required to achieve consistent success. We are looking for a dynamic, assertive and driven individual to drive and manage construction sales and business development in the Greater Toronto Area.
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new prospective custom home and renovation leads, initial contact, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the Alair brand and be able to professionally and confidently introduce the Alair opportunity to potential clients and market partners.
Follow the sales process with prospective clients thoroughly
Execute monthly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
Work with the Alair Partner network on strategic initiatives to achieve goals
Build awareness in the GTA
Be the ambassador of the Alair brand
Responsible for Business Sales Pipeline
Market Partner engagement (architects, designers, brokers, agents, investors)
Social Media content provider
Perform first to last sales meetings with prospective clients, hand off at Feasibility Phase Agreement
Attend Alair University
Attend Sales Mastery Course
Attend All Partner calls
Attend monthly Regional Sessions
Attend weekly meeting with Operations Director and Owner
Attend monthly meetings with Clients

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
5+ years of proven accomplishments in sales, preference given to residential construction sales and/or related fields.
Able to travel within the GTA - conduct site visits with prospects/clients as necessary.
Ability to communicate high level construction practices.
Ability to use Alair proprietary software
Demonstrate strong planning, organizational and time management skills
Relationship building skills, ability to connect easily with prospective clients
Annual base salary of $50,000. Plus commission program consisting of percentage of total gross revenue brought in. Easy potential for $100,000+ annual income.
