We are hiring regional sales representative in Markham, Richmond Hill, other north parts of Ontario, Pickering Region, as well as Ottawa region. Do not hesitate to apply if you are not in GTA.

Job Description
The Regional Distributing Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory by adding new points of distribution, establishing relationships with Retail Partners and their staff , and providing valuable industry insights.
Devise Sales strategies with the goal of increasing points of distribution, shelf space, product positioning, consumer awareness, trial, conversion and ultimately user acquisition.
Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and territory plans to achieve OKR's (KPI's) set.
Execute successfully on challenging business objectives and deliver solid results.
Assess both successes and failures with actionable plans for continuous improvement.
Enthusiastically promoting the brand and products to retail owners and employees.
Building deep "Trusted Advisor" relationships with store managers / owners.
Drive retailer engagement and improve retailer satisfaction and advocacy.
Attend product and sales training sessions.
Work collaboratively with Trade Marketing to increase awareness and positioning at Retail.
Thrive in an energetic, creative, innovative and data driven environment.
Take on responsibility and want an opportunity to make a difference.
Report to team leader on daily basis.

The team will be working remotely due to COVID-19.

Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience of tobacco / vape / consumer goods territory sales is preferred.
Fluent in English.
The ability to take initiative. Great communication skills and execution efficiency.
Develop trust worthy relationships with clients, and actively solve problems for clients.
Willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally.
Incentive & Care
$3,000 base salary, plus performance bonuses on average of $2500 per month if achieve sales target.
