WE seeks a Program Manager for Well-being is to support all the WE Schools deliverables and execution of front line programming with youth and educators. This position will support the Head, Well-being Foundation with project management for the entire organization
Responsibilities and Duties
Project Management for WE Schools responsibilities, including:
WE Schools Educational Resources
Professional Learning for educators
Develop outlines for new pitches (curriculum grade 5-grade 9)
Camp and youth programming and reporting
WE Global Learning Centre programs (virtual included)
Workshops and Summits
Working directly with educators, deepening engagement by speaking to our educational resources and our WE Well-being program and greater WE Schools resources
Pilot Program success and strong Measurement and Evaluation so we have the evidence in place to go across Canada into every school
Support and hold educational partnership relationships and subject matter experts supporting the WE Schools resources
Coordinates internal meetings, takes notes and provides status reports as requested
Support with internal briefs and communication management
Track yearly spending and process external invoices in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesiveness between teams to deliver quality programming and being an ambassador for WE Schools stakeholders
Provide ongoing analysis and reflection on strategies used in communication, planning, and execution of WE Schools events and activations
Qualifications and Skills
Undergraduate Degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Media, or other related fields.
3-5 years of experience in a professional setting.
Experience building strategic pitch documents and decks for prospective clients.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in all internal and external relations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multi-department projects
Quick learner with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively when developing partnership opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and within a team setting.
Positive attitude, high energy, flexible and enthusiastic.
Advanced writing skills and attention to detail.
Excellent comprehension and ease with the application of Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
