Platinum award-winning real estate agent seeking to hire 1 part-time/full-time Marketing & Administrative assistant for our office in Vaughan, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating team websites and social media information
  • Strong Marketing skills to promote Listings via social media
  • Write letters and other correspondences
  • Writing copy, create image content and coordinate marketing content for website, online promotions and mail outs
  • Creating manuals and checklists to insure maximum service is provided
  • Run errands and take care of personal matters
  • Data entry, update & filing
  • Answer phones, book and confirm appointments
  • Other duties as assigned

You must have:

  • Completed college diploma or undergraduate degree
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Minimum 50+ WPM typing
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher)
  • MailChimp email marketing, social network marketing and Adobe Photoshop skills are nice-to-have
  • Clear telephone communication skills
