We are actively seeking an individual to help build an expanding team of Hazmat Site Foreman and accompanying crew of Hazmat Technicians. This individual will be well versed in all area of Hazardous Material Abatement, including, asbestos, lead, mold, and biohazards. A complete understanding of Worksafe BC Regulations and practical knowledge of field work is essential to this position.

The Hazmat Operations Supervisor will begin with us working on-site and in containment; training and ensuring Site Foreman and Technicians are completing projects safely while adhering to WorksafeBC regulations and company policies. As the crew builds and Site Foreman are independently completing projects safely and efficiently, the Operations Supervisors role will change to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Success in this role will lead to the Operations Supervisor transitioning to Project Manager duties in the office.

This an opportunity for the right candidate to work towards a full-time Project Manager position as the company’s success grows.

Compensation is commensurate with experience & competencies.

Ongoing training and certifications to be provided.

Show up every day as scheduled and direct the crew efficiently and effectively. Be well organized and deliver each project while providing attention to detail and client satisfaction.

Construct containments and decontamination facilities, which at times can be challenging. Project Managers regularly assist to tasks of a challenging nature.

Knowledge of/ and continual learning of WorksafeBC safety regulations in our industry, and ability to learn company policies.

Valid BC Drivers License, N or class 5, is required.

Proper use & care of personal protective equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Construction experience

Occupational First Aid Level 1


Mobile Elevated Work Platform and Fall Arrest certificates

Confined Space certificate

Asbestos & Lead Awareness training

Infection Control Certificate
