Summary

Coreio is looking for an experienced Channel Account Manager to manage existing IT vendor accounts. This position is ideal for someone with a sales background along with a strong technical understanding and a passion for excellent customer service. A dynamic go getter, with the ability to connect with clients and help them on their various requirements. As a Channel Account Manager, your role will be to consistently build new opportunities while serving and growing existing accounts. Experience from the IT (Services) Industry is a mandatory requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary contact and driver for vendor/partner related projects, activities & issues
Develop strong communication and partnerships within identified accounts at all levels
Advanced level sales representative, viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer/partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology and services to help customers/partners formulate strategy and direction
Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions
Identify and creating sales opportunities within identified accounts
To analyze key partners top strategies and report to relevant stakeholders with sales data and executive summary through regular reports.
Develop business cases to support internal discussions for new business opportunities.
Execute agreements in line with contractual commitments.
Regularly coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to effectively execute on projects and reach predetermined targets
To manage budget associated to account management
Play a pivotal role in timely, effective and thorough delivery of presales, sales and marketing information; develop comprehensive proposals to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Work with the Sales and management team to develop unique customized programs that support the overall sales and marketing strategies
Work with the team to ensure that optimum service offerings and campaigns are considered and customer needs are met
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience selling IT products and services.
Strong track record of driving sales in the IT services area and collaborating effectively with channel partners to secure deals.
Strong ability to cultivate existing and new relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong presenter and closer
Excellent business acumen
Good relationship building and consultative skills
Strong time management skills
Superb project management skills to ensure that internal processes are being followed and correct channels are being used
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Travel required to various client sites
