i-Sight is seeking a passionate, customer-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to join our team! You will be called upon to foster existing customer relationships and create opportunities for expansion within current client accounts. You are the customer's champion and understand not only their current needs but can also anticipate the needs of other departments within the organization.
This is a remote position working in the South Western BC area (Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond etc), and will be working alongside our in-office team located in Ottawa, ON. Some travel to the office in Ottawa will be required periodically through the year and will only commence once COVID-19 travel restrictions have been lifted.
We provide software that is at the front lines of social movements such as #MeToo. We also work to identify fraud in the financial and healthcare industries; protecting people’s hard-earned money and helping to control healthcare costs. We also work with some of the world’s most respected educational institutions to eliminate bullying, discrimination and many other issues affecting students.

Serve as the lead point of contact for your customers
Champion the customer at all levels internally
Manage customer contract renewals
Expand accounts by selling new solutions within other departments
Demonstrate our software to prospects within customer accounts
Up-sell upgrades to existing customer accounts
Develop customer change orders
Achieve sales targets and goals
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
Assist with client requests and escalations when required
Qualifications and Experience
5 years of experience in sales or account management
Experience selling to Fortune 500
Fluent in English
Ability to travel internationally (30% of the year)
Demonstrated ability to create lasting relationships and exceed sales targets
Superb customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of our team
Positive and energetic attitude
