Busy equipment leasing company in the Langford area requires an Administrative Assistant. Applicants should be able to perform a wide range of duties associated with Financial Administration; 1-2 years experience in an office environment and/or an Office Administration Course; a high degree of proficiency in use of computer programs (word, excel, outlook, internet browsers, databases). Bookkeeping knowledge will be an asset. We will provide training on custom accounting system.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-A/p via cheque and/or EFT
-Release pre-authorized Client payments via CUPS system
-General journal entries
-Prepare bank deposits and occasionally do deposits
-Process credit card payments
-Relief for Leasing Agent: process lease applications and prepare lease documents
-Track insurance and send renewals
-Prepare and send out new Broker / Vendor information
-Assist General Manager as assigned.
