Must speak and write: English, French and Spanish, other languages are welcome.

Must be very customer service oriented.

Must want to grow in sales.

Plan, Coordinate and Monitor export shipments from A to Z

Ocean, trucking, rail and air cargo

Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner

Process invoicing and approve vendor invoices on files.

Participate in meetings every minday at 8:00 AM

to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team

Execute any other logistics related tasks as assigned by the Managers


Bilingual oral and written in French, English and Spanish are a must asset.

Energetic,comfortable working in a fast-paced environment , positive attitude, team player;

Customer service oriented;

Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail;

Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, Microsoft office and ability to quickly learn new software


You must want to work and do everything in your power to succeed.
