weeknight work may be required.

Under the supervision of the Chef, the incumbent is responsible for volume food preparation for Victoria University Food Services. This involves: preparing, cooking, decorating, displaying, assisting Chef, and providing service to students, community and guests of Victoria University.
Certification from an accredited culinary training program, or Red Seal certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of three years of volume food production experience in a large institutional or commercial establishment.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain co-operative working relationships with staff and customers. Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written). Physical ability to
perform duties described and to use indicated equipment. Has knowledge of current Food Service industry trends. Food Handler Certification and WHMIS training required.
