The Meat Department Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Meat Department, including Cutting, Ordering, Merchandising, Price and Quality integrity, Profitability, and Maintaining all Company Standards.
Candidates must have a valid Meat Cutting and Management background and be willing to be available for all open hours. The position is 40-44 hours per week, and salary and benefits will be negotiable based on the candidates experience. Candidates must be prepared to offer a cutting test before being considered for this position, and must be able to perform a number of computer based skills also.
