Make a difference in the life of a child! We are a friendly, family-focused child and adolescent psychology clinic, where a variety of treatment programs are offered. Come join our team that is committed to the healthy development of children and teens. We are looking for the right person to become an integral part of our team, coordinating intakes and completing registrations and scheduling of children and teens entering into our Social Skills Training programs.

This job entails front-line communication with parents seeking help for their children, as well as receiving referrals and communicating with 3rd party referring agents. Conducting intake interviews, will be part of this job, as well as working closely with the clinic director to help facilitate decisions about programming. Working closely with our admin. assistant, the program coordinator will finalize registrations, and organize scheduling of treatment sessions for children and their parents. Communication with both staff and clients to organize treatment schedules is a large part of this job, and the right person will have excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills. Overseeing and organizing materials for the Social Skills programs, as well as helping to orient new staff will be part of this role. While this is predominantly an administrative position, for the right candidate with a psychology background, opportunity to work directly with some of our children and parents is possible.

Applicants should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task effectively, have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), be able to forge positive relationships with both clients and staff, and have a patient, pleasant and approachable manner. Computer knowledge is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook), as is a basic understanding of use of social media in marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with the above qualities, and who also possess some knowledge and training in psychological disorders in children and experience working with children.
