We have the following opportunities available:
One (1) Full-time Bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative

Shifts are scheduled between 5am to midnight.Overnight availability may be required according to business requirements.

The CSR would operate out of our Canadian Head office located in Mississauga and would report to the Supervisor and Manager of Client Services. The CSR is the first line of defense, liaising with our internal and external customers in supporting the main lines of business over the phone and by email. Responsibilities include, managing inquiries from ATM dispatching to coordination of CIT activities and requests.Position Qualifications: If you have proven superior customer service skills, thrive in a fast paced environment where meeting deadlines is critical, and can successfully fulfill the outlined responsibilities and qualifications required, we welcome you to join our team. You will be working in a call centre environment, where performing in a team scenario is paramount as well as providing excellent front line customer service. The successful candidate will execute daily security protocols and complete analysis and reporting.

The successful incumbent will have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Computer skills (MS Excel, Word and preferably Access) and the ability to type 30+ words per minute are essential for this role. In addition, scheduling, coordination planning, dispatching & ATM experience is desirable. Troubleshooting experience with electronic locks is preferred. You must be able to communicate effectively, both oral and written and have excellent telephone skills. The ability to work under pressure to meet time restrictions is critical. Bilingualism (French and English is an asset).
