Notes improvements to be implemented:
– Creates and collects effective performance indicators
– Sorts and groups complaints and suggestions by customers and employees
– Analysis of performance indicators and customers/employees feedback
– Sorts and analyzes complaints and suggestions from customers and employees
– Develops analytical tools to interpret performance indicators
Recommends improvements to the management committee
– Trains / Initiates staff to continuous improvement
– Establishes corrective actions related to RNC
– Implements the 5S method
– Implements the Kanban method
– Implements all actions aimed at improving processes, procedures, and working conditions
– Provides the tools and resources required for improvements (training, software, tool, equipment, instruments, workstation …)
– Develops and implements procedures
Ensures the maintenance and implementation of recommended improvements
– Supports managers of each department in their implementation of process improvements
– Reports to management and the Executive Committee progress and problems encountered in the implementation of improvements
– Establishes indicators to measure the evolution of improvements
– Reviews and adjusts procedures and improvements according to the problems encountered
Other key activities
– Implements and maintains ISO 9001 certification
– Involves and instructs employees on quality and continuous improvement
– Writes procedures, maintenance and quality manuals. Ensures compliance by the staff concerned
– Ensures the proper management of production assets
– Provides support in the analysis and response to major RNCs
– Supervises the layout of the plant in order to optimize flows (personnal and raw material)

Training, specific experience and knowledge

University degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
Experience (3) to (5) years in the exercise of related functions or a similar sector.

Working conditions

Work in conditions of frequent changes in priorities and action plan realignment
Full-time: 40 hours / week
Typical schedule: Monday to Friday
