POSITION: Installation Coordinator
DIVISION: STANLEY Access Technologies
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
We are looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our STANLEY Access Technologies group in Mississauga, ON. STANLEY Access Technologies invented the automatic door and continues to lead the industry with state-of-the-art door solutions—and with a passion for innovation and low total cost of ownership. Today, we manufacture, install and service sliding, swinging, folding, transit/metro and revolving door systems, as well as an array of sensors, controls and security options.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for management of all installation projects and act as Project Manager for installation jobs. You will order material and supplies, schedule Installation Technicians, ensure safe working conditions and ensure job completion per company policy.
Manage all Install Projects and act as a Project Manager for installation jobs;
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing feedback and follow-up on status of projects;
Work with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure efficient operations of the warehouse and inventory levels;
Order material and supplies for installation jobs;
Schedule Installation Technicians on jobs and ensure safe working conditions and processes are being followed;
Ensure job completion and billings are completed while following company guidelines and policy;
Oversee and develop processes and tools to drive productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction that will maximize revenue;
Create an environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction while meeting/exceeding region targets;
Form high performing teams and lead region efforts to source, hire, train and develop talent;
Provide leadership in setting and achieving Region goals in the profitable installation, maintenance and repair of Stanley products;
Assist Branch Manager with forecasting by communicating accurate schedules for upcoming months/quarter;
Model, foster and drive the Stanley values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Vision, Stretch, Boundaryless and Speed.
Any additional duties as required.
Post-secondary diploma in a related field;
3+ years of construction experience;
2+ years of supervisory experience;
Proven track record of successful project management;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
Proven team builder with strong business acumen;
Excellent computer and communication skills, SAP experience preferred;
Strong project management skills and detail orientation a must;
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
