Inside Sales Representative, Onsite
Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do
Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, closing, rate, quota, etc.)
Minimum achievement with assigned revenue and gross profit dollar quota to goal
Provide pricing, contract pricing, ETA and tracking details to customers as required
Position products and service programs suited to customer request
Maintain current customer profiles and information as requested
RA progress request to customer service when applicable
Outbound calls, customer links aligned with strategic initiatives
Handle incoming calls for the Call Center
Process orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/ combination
Assist in developing accounts with outside employees
Provide excellent follow up and customer service towards all customer requests
Work in a safe manner. Be conscious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health & safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation of the employer.
Your passion is sparked by:
1 to 3 years work experience within the technology industry preferred
Minimum high school diploma; university or post-secondary education preferred with a focus in sales/ marketing
Strong desire to learn
Strong technical product knowledge
Innovative and self-motivated
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and responsiveness
PC literate – Microsoft Office Suite
Required to work extended hours occasionally
Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree from accredited College or University
Core Competencies for this role include communication skills, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and sales acumen
