Summerhill Market is looking for a Accounting Assistant to work directly with our Senior Kitchen Administrator. This is an entry-level position that will provide the opportunity to learn and grow with the company as we expand over the next few years.
Summerhill Market is a family owned and operated company with a tight-knit staff. We are looking to bring someone into the company who will become a part of our future success; someone who is able to wear many hats and tackle a variety of tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (designing/editing sheets, entering/manipulating data)
- Previous experience with order entry (ie: purchase orders, invoicing etc.)
- Highly organized individual who can pay close attention to detail, has the ability to multitask, prioritize and follow procedure.
- Willingness to learn and work independantly
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Candidate may be required to answer phones and/or emails
- Strong computer aptitude;
- 1-3 years experience in an office environment;
- Interest or experience in food would be an asset.
