Fairstone is looking for a seasoned digital marketer for a 12-month maternity leave contract to direct one of Fairstone’s key digital marketing channels: the digital partnerships/affiliate program, while also providing support across our other acquisition channels, largely the email marketing channel. Reporting directly to the interim Director, Digital Marketing, the Specialist, Digital Partnerships will lead the digital partnerships channel, working collaboratively with an internal team of content writers and digital analysts, to direct the strategy, content development and execution of program campaigns for current and new partners. This individual will be responsible for the sizing and scaling of partner opportunities that have potential to play a large role in the growth of the overall channel, as well as owning the reporting and data analysis for the channel. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing high-profile, valuable business relationships, be a strong communicator, have confident relationship management skills, data analysis and reporting skills, experience in creative writing and excellent project management skills.

Reporting to the interim Director, Digital Marketing, this role has the following responsibilities:

Direct and manage the development of strategy for the digital partnerships channel to facilitate growth in the channel showcased via increased loan applications, booked loans and overall revenue
Lead the day-to-day relations with all Fairstone digital partners
Own and develop strategies for inbound and outbound revenue opportunities
Own and conduct the sizing of new opportunities and be able to present and sell internal and external stakeholders on the value behind these opportunities
Evaluate program performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives
Direct and manage an editorial calendar for the digital partnerships and email channel, creating content that is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission and values

Job Qualifications:
5+ years experience in digital marketing
5+ years experience in relationship management and account-based marketing
3+ years in email marketing
2+ years in content development
College diploma or Bachelor degree
Strong data analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis platforms
Confident skills in creating data visualizations and graphs
Presentation skills with abilities to successfully influence and drive direction to accomplish goals
Knowledge and experience using marketing automation and CRM software, particularly SalesForce Marketing Cloud
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints
Financial services industry background an asset
People management experience an asset
B2B marketing experience an asset
French language skills an asset
