Psychotherapy In The City (PITC) is a mental health and wellness centre located in Toronto's Bloor West.

If you are someone who is looking to get involved more in the mental health field or looking to grow in a small business setting, this might be the best place to start! We are a small wellness team of therapists with a great team environment!

We are currently looking for a friendly and outstanding part-time Office Administrator to work one day a week (Fridays 10am-3pm).

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payables / Receivable (Processing receipts and updating accounting database)
  • Updating schedules & client information
  • Assist in group/talk preparation and setup (if needed)
  • Social media update – Facebook, Instagram
  • Managing everyday office and administrative duties (office management/upkeep)

The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 2+ years of administrative experience and knowledge of Excel (and/or accounting programs). Some knowledge of the mental health field or studying in the mental health field.
