Reporting to the Vice President Talent and Culture, the Talent and Culture Business Partner will work to contribute to the realization of the organization’s human resources and business plan. Mainly, you will implement HR programs, procedures and practices while supporting managers in the mobilization and management of their teams. In addition, the individual will actively participate in the implementation of a new Ceridian-Dayforce HRIS.


Accompany, support and guide managers in talent and performance management, human resources and succession planning, change management, as well as team building and employee recognition activities;
Participate in the implementation and act as change management facilitator for a new HRIS-Ceridian Dayforce system with several modules including recruitment, induction and integration, training, compensation, performance management;
Lead the transformation of HR practices and the review of working conditions to align them with the needs of the departments and the reality of the market;
Develop and review policies, procedures and programs;
Supervise and manage the work of the Technicians, Receptionist and Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Talent and Culture Service Centre;
Provide expertise and recommendations for any talent management-related questions;
Support managers during the onboarding of new employees and accompany them during probationary period follow-ups;
Represent the employer at hearings (CLP, grievance arbitrations, etc.);
Manage labour relations cases for both unionized (15) and non-unionized employees (400), including disciplinary measures, grievance analysis, harassment complaints, arbitration preparation and any other labor law complaints;
Actively collaborate with operations on the action plan following the annual employee satisfaction survey;
Working alongside management, make sure training needs are clearly identified and properly implemented;
Assume responsibility for any other related tasks.


Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations combined with 5-8 years of experience as a human resources generalist;
Experience with change management and experience leading projects in organizational development;
Comfortable with latest technologies and HRIS (ideally Ceridian Dayforce);
Member of the Order of HR (CHRP);
Coaching and advisory skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;
Bilingual both orally and in writing (French and English);
Good knowledge of employment and human resources legislation.
