General functions
- Provide reactive on-site support for managed clients
- Provide proactive on-site support for managed clients
- Routinely inspect, assess, audit, and document managed client environments (physical and/or digital)
- Create scope of work documents to address client concerns or requests, using services resold/recommended by Simply Computing
- Deploy the solution outlined in the scope of work created

Specific functions
- Works with macOS clients and servers
- Works with Windows clients and servers
- Works with Linux servers
- Works with networking (Switches, routers, access points, VLANs, VoIP)
- Works with web-based services (Office 365, G Suite, Dropbox, C Panel)
- Works with command line, terminal, powershell

Specific Internal responsibilities
- Works with Connectwise (service ticketing system) with clients (Communicates well with clients as needed)
- Works with Connectwise to document details of assignments, and use Slack to inform or coordinate other staff of relevant issues
- Works with internal tools to process assignments for invoicing
- Works with internal tools to thoroughly document client networks and status
- Works with remote management tools (Can support devices remotely when possible/needed)

Specific
- MCSA/MCSE
- ACMT/ACSP
- CompTIA A+, Network+
- 2+ years experience in network administration
- 2+ years experience in customer service
- High school education or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree, college diploma or another technical program an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $53,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Network Administration: 2 years (Required)
